The hotel is conveniently located outside of the center, offering a peaceful environment but still accessible to city attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable beds. The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the hotel boasts a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
The hotel's deskservice occasionally provided incorrect information and the kitchen may close earlier than advertised, causing inconveniences for guests.

This hotel offers great value for money with its clean and comfortable rooms. The air conditioning ensures a peaceful and cool night's sleep, and the terrace provides a fantastic view over the beautiful surroundings. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun beds available. The parking garage is a convenient feature, and the menu at the restaurant offers a good variety of delicious options. One detail that stood out to me was the presence of a vegetable garden, which adds a lovely touch and showcases their attention to detail.
The only improvement I can suggest is to ensure that the staff are adequately trained and experienced to handle busy periods.

Had nice stay on a warm September weekend, the staff were outstandingly friendly, location was stunning outside of the center. The room was nicely furnished with good ac when I arrived. Location : the hotel was so close to vineyards and herb garden, and city centre or nearby restaurants. Also, the venue was 1 mile away from Monte San Salvatore.

With its modern amenities and convenient location, it's definitely worth the price. The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable beds and choice of pillows to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated on a hill in a beautiful setting, providing a stunning view over the lake from its fantastic terrace. The breakfast is also top-notch, with high quality products that will satisfy any guest.
The only downside I found was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. However, this didn't detract from the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Had Easter plans at a hotel in an awesome location! the lake view from the room made it worthwhile. the eggs they served at breakfast were fresh. the pool was a refreshing way to end the day.
Our stay was not all it was cracked up to be. the front desk gave us the wrong information about opening hours, causing us to miss out on activities we had planned.

During my stay at this hotel, I was blown away by its magnificent hilltop location and stunning view of the city and lake. The hotel facilities were exceptional and kept immaculately clean. I was pleased to find a vegetable garden in the hotel, and they even produced homemade wine that can be purchased at a unique wine shop within the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful in multiple languages, and the breakfast spread was vast and delicious.
Not obvious to find.
